| Out of Stocks, Prices & Delays Park Garden Centres make every effort to despatch your goods as quickly as possible after you place an order with us. Sometimes we get very busy during peak seasons and some items sell out very fast. At these times, we advise you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Sometimes products will sell out and you may place an order before the website is updated. Should you place an order for an item which is out of stock, we will let you know and you will have the option to wait for the products, receive a part order or cancel your order and receive a refund. As payment is taken at the time the order is placed, we may choose to cancel any orders where the goods are unlikely to be back in stock within a reasonable period. We will let you know if this is the case. Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on our website. The prices displayed on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The product prices do not include delivery (see Delivery Information). | Payment Full payment is taken at the time you place your order. Goods are usually despatched within 48 hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron. Payments made on our site are processed by SagePay and Park Garden Centres do not hold any of your card information. A full refund will be offered in the event that we cannot meet our obligations or supply the products you have ordered. If your payment cannot be authorised, we will let you know and may invite you to pay via another method. |

| WEEE Regulations WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations Under European Law, the UK is required to increase the amount of WEEE being treated and recovered in an effort to stop it going into landfill sites. To follow this directive we as retailers will, free of charge, take back any like-for-like product on the purchase of any EEE from the store and dispose of in a safe manner. The crossed out wheelie bin symbol on some products informs the consumer that the product was made after 13th August 2005 and should be disposed of separately to household waste. If you wish us to recycle EEE on your behalf, we will do this free of charge but the consumer is responsible for returning the item to us and the cost of postage. | Returns Policy At Park Garden Centres we inspect everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure it's in the best condition. We also do our best to package everything to avoid damage in transit. Incorrect Goods If we send you something you didn't order, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the mistake. Damaged or Faulty Products If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the details. Please make sure you give us your order number and full details of the problem and we will arrange to collect the damaged or faulty item(s) and issue a refund or replacement. Please note that if you item is damaged on arrival, you should sign as such with the courier. Cancellation To cancel an order, please email us at customer.service@parkgardencentres.co.uk with details of the order you want to cancel. If the order has already been despatched, you will be required to pay the shipping charges to return the delivery to us. You can cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery by returning the goods to us at the above address at your own expense. You are required to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this period and return your goods forthwith. Returns You can return any products that you're not happy with within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or faulty. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility.
