Would you like to return something?
At Park Garden Centres we inspect everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure it's in the best condition. We also do our best to package everything to avoid damage in transit.
In the event you do have a problem, here is what to do:

Incorrect Goods
If we send you something you didn't order, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the mistake.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the details. Please make sure you give us your order number and full details of the problem and we will arrange to collect the damaged or faulty item(s) and issue a refund or replacement. Please note that if you item is damaged on arrival, you should sign as such with the courier.
Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email us at customer.service@parkgardencentres.co.uk with details of the order you want to cancel. If the order has already been despatched, you will be required to pay the shipping charges to return the delivery to us. You can cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery by returning the goods to us at the above address at your own expense. You are required to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this period and return your goods forthwith.
Returns
You can return any products that you're not happy with within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. It is advised that any goods returned are sent via a recorded delivery for your peace of mind.
To get a full refund, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition, in their original packaging within 7 working days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Substitutes
In the event of a product ordered being unavailable, we may choose to substitute the unavailable items with other items of equal or better quality or value.
Gift Vouchers
We are sorry but gift vouchers are not returnable once issued and we can only cancel your order for gift vouchers if we have not yet dispatched your order.
