Can I order over the phone?

Yes, we can accept your order over the telephone. Please call our online sales department on 01367 254153.

Why do some items have a '2 Man' delivery?

Some items are too big and/or bulky to send via a normal courier so they have to be sent on a special delivery service.

Instead of opting for a standard pallet delivery service with only one driver, we have opted to provide a 2 Man service so that we can be sure your goods arrive in a good condition. The delivery crew will place your items in a room of your choice so you also receive a much better service for the money.

How do I pay?

All payments through this website are processed by SagePay on our behalf. This means you can be confident that your details are secure. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron or Solo. We also use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to help reduce the risk of fraud.

When does my order become a legal contract?

Your order is deemed as accepted upon notification of us dispatching your order.

How do I add to or amend my order after it has been placed?

As soon as you place your order, we start to process it. If you wish to order more items or change your order, you should contact us immediately on 01367 254153 or by email customer.service@parkgardencentres.co.uk

Will my order arrive in one delivery?

Most of our products are in stock all the time and normally dispatched complete. Sometimes, we may be out of stock of a product due to high demand and it may be sent separately - we will let you know if this is the case.

How do I track my order?

Any orders placed on our website can be tracking by logging into your account. After you have placed an order on our site, you can see the order status and sometimes the tracking number when the order has been despatched.

When will I receive my delivery?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2 to 3 days, unless you pay for Express delivery and then you will receive your delivery the next day providing the order is placed before 12pm. Large items like furniture and fish tanks (but not limited to) may require a 2 man delivery service, these deliveries will take up to 10 days. Please contact us for a more specific time.

Where do you deliver to?
